This card was engraved by Abraham Goos. Goos was a Dutch cartographer and engraver.

Edited by Johannes Janssonius, real name Jan Janszoon (1588 – 1664). He was a Dutch cartographer, printer and publisher. He built his father-in-law Jodocus Hondius’ publishing house into one of the largest in Europe. With his brother-in-law Henricus Hondius (1597 – 1651), real name Joost de Hondt and Dutch cartographer, he had a partnership until 1638.
