Eugène Rensburg was a Dutch etcher, painter, draughtsman, pen and watercolorist. He received his training (evening course) at the Kunstnijverheidsschool Quellinus in Amsterdam and at the Akademie van Beeldende kunsten in The Hague.
He worked in Rotterdam for many years, capturing this city in paintings, drawings and etchings.
