Petrus Schenck was a German engraver and mapmaker. Together with his son Pieter Schenk (II), Schenck was one of the most important figures of Saxon cartography in the first half of the 18th century. Petrus Schenck joined the Amsterdam engraver and map publisher Gerard Valck.
